DELIVERY

- All deliveries are FREE no matter how much you spend.
- There is no “cash on delivery” service.
- Due to the ordering process we are unable to reduce delivery times.
- Orders of less than 15€ will not have a tracking number.

 United Kingdom: Shipped by E-Packet - Royal Mail. Delivery time may vary from 10 to 25 days after payment is received. 90% of orders arrive within 15 days. In rare cases, for reasons that have nothing to do with modaporencargo.com, delivery time could be extended up to 70 calendar days (if delivery time exceed 70 days you can order a full refund of items), but this is unusual. 

 Spain: Shipped by ChinaPost - Mail. Delivery time may vary from 20 to 35 days after payment is received. 90% of orders arrive within 25 days. In some exceptional cases, for reasons that have nothing to do with modaporencargo.com, delivery time could be extended up to 70 calendar days (if delivery time exceed 70 days you can request a full refund of items), but this is unusual.
Correos will be the Company responsible for delivering your package to the address you provide when placing an order. If you are not present when delivery is made, Correos will leave a notice enabling you to collect your package from your local Post Office within 15 calendar days.  The package will be returned to the sender if you do not collect it during the specified time. If you need we send the package again, you must pay the delivery costs (8.90€).

PAYMENT

Once your order is completed and confirmed you will have 10 calendar days to proceed with the payment. The following payment methods are accepted:

1. Credit or Debit Card (recommended)
This payment method is instantaneous so it will speed up the ordering process.
You can use your Credit or Debit Card on the secure website of La Caixa (Caixabank, S.A.)

2. Bank Transfer
You can pay by bank transfer or deposit to one of our accounts in Santander Bank or La Caixa. Bank details will be provided once the order is confirmed.
IMPORTANT: the order reference number provided when the order is confirmed must be included in the bank transfer or deposit description field to allow us to link the payment to your order, otherwise we will be unable to process it.

A bank transfer may take up to 3 business days to be effective, so we recommend you make an account deposit. If you have an account with Santander or La Caixa, you can transfer the money. We will begin to process your order when the payment is received.
