■      Is there any cost involved to returns?
No, Spain returns are free, Modaporencargo.com pay for them. Though, we recommend you to choose correctly your size because a size exchange return will mean another wait of 20 to 35 days. Returns from outside Spain will NOT be free.
 

■      I have received my order but it does not contain all the items I have purchased.
This may be due because we work on-demand with different providers. If your order contains more than one article, it is possible that every item comes from a different provider and has a different delivery time. Do not worry, you will receive all the goods within the stipulated time frame.
 

■      My order does not arrive.
Since we work on-demand, orders can take between 20 to 35 business days to reach their destiny. If you made an order and the estimated time has already passed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can check what is going on.

 

■      I made an order more than 10 days ago and I do not want it anymore. I want a full refund.
In that case you have to wait for receiving all the articles you ordered and once you have all of them, you can make a return following these steps.

■      I have not received my order. What can I do?
We guarantee a full refund if you have not received the item you ordered within 70 days. If 70 days already passed and you have not received the article, you can request a full refund by sending an email with the reference number of your order to [email protected]. Once you have requested the refund, our team will study your case and they will notify you of the decision within 72 hours. If your request is approved, we will refund the value of the item not received, if possible, using the same payment method you did when you placed the order. The refund may takes from 1 to 5 days to be effective depending on the payment method.
 

■      My order has been held at Customs and they are asking me to pay for some taxes to get it. What do I do?
Modaporencargo,com promises to give you a voucher for the value of customs charges if an order is held. To do this, you will have to send us the payment receipt you will obtain at Customs when you collect your goods.
